Free Tickets

by Jon Weisman

Dodger Thoughts reader Jibin Park (those of you who patrol the comments know him as "coachjpark") is offering some free tickets in the right-field pavilion to the Wednesday, April 5 Dodgers-Braves game.

Park is offering the tickets as a way of marketing himself as a financial advisor, but the only requirement to get them is to sign in at his website and actually attend the game. Click the link to get more information. It would be nice to support a reader's efforts, it could be a nice chance for many readers to meet, and it's free!

On that same note, I have 2 tickets to opening day that I'd be willing to part with for face value. Inner reserved. 16 bucks, I think.

I'm 90% sure they're available, but I have a couple pending invites that might yet pan out.

Priority to regular posters on the site. You'd be sitting with me and my family.

Anyone interested, drop me an email @jacobandjulie@sbcglobal.net.

In other news, I'm glad to see the A's have finally found a mascot that works better than that silly elephant.

apparently, choi has been claimed off waivers by boston.... according to someone else on another board.

question is, i thought the dodgers had an option on choi? why just flat out release him?

A Korean Dodger fan offers free Dodger tickets and then immediately a Korean gets dropped by the Dodgers... is there some kind of correlation happening here??? I hope not.

Many thanks for the tickets to the game to coachjpark. A lot of friends of mine are looking forward to the game on April 5.

Just another invitation for free tickets... about 8 different people have hit me up for them for a total of 40 tickets or so, but I'm still at a surplus - I'll even mail them to you for your convenience... and there seriously is no catch to this...
