The Office Webisodes Debut

But I can't watch them at work; I can only hear them. It's like Olde Tyme Radio ...

So far, I miss the visuals.

There are only so many times you can watch the FedEx/Kinko's commercial though.

2-At least it's amusing while repetitive, as opposed to the Taylor Hicks Ford commercial...

The fake PSAs are fun, too.

Jim: If you're playing pickup basketball and someone tries to make you feel bad about calling a foul, remember: it's okay to call a foul. Don't let anyone make you feel ashamed--they know what they did.

That ad is a pain in the butt, but the "Accounting Error" episode is a hoot.

When I first started watching "The Office," I didn't get it. My girlfriend had to sit me down in front of her computer to watch, like, five episodes in a row before I started to understand what was funny about it. Now I'm addicted.

Any idea when they'll put the first season out on DVD? I love the show, but missed too many of them and would like to just rent the whole season.

5 The first season is out on DVD. My bro picked it up a while back. IIRC, the first season is only 6 episodes.

6 In that case, when will the first full season be out on DVD?

I believe the pilot is on NBC tonight.

7 I highly recommend buying the Season One disc, though. Lots of deleted scenes and commentaries to make up for the short season.

My favorite Office character at the moment is Kevin Malone. And he really shines in these webisodes.

8 Awesome. Thanks. Of the episodes I've seen I think the Secret Santa episode was the most brilliant.

11 - That was nominated for an Emmy. I interviewed the writer last weekend.

Has anyone seen the UK version of the Office with Ricky Gervais as the lead??

It is the funniest show I've ever watched in my life. I dare say funnier than Seinfeld.

Has anyone? Of course.

I think the American version this season surpassed the British version.

I think the British version has better actors. Plus, they tell some of the same jokes the already used on the British version so maybe that's why it isn't as funny to me.

as someone who was in LOVE with the british version, it's also hard for me to get on board with the US version, even though i like steve carrell.

I really should give it a second chance, though.

I've seen all of the British version as well. Very well done show. That's what made me turn off the first season of the American one. I haven't attempted watching any of the show since for various reasons.

15 - They stopped telling the British jokes long ago. The U.S. Version has already just about doubled the British output of episodes.

The consensus is that the second season of the U.S. version really took off and distinguished itself.

Maybe I should give it another try. I really have only seen two or three episodes.
