I had a chance to go to the game tomorrow for free, but had already bought tickets to the University of Arizona football game. I can't say I feel that bad about missing the game. The road trip has deflated my hopes. There's a part of me that wouldn't mind a Snakes sweep for a couple reasons.
A) 0-10 is a pretty unique accomplishment

B) the Dodgers season is like a loved one with a long lingering illness. When they mercifully pass its a relief.

I just got home and I'm sure this was discussed at length but I absolutly loved Simmers today. That letter from the McCourt's would have been lame even if the team had 10 game lead never mind.
