Though late for PeanutsThoughts in the previous thread, I would like to point out that I have a Snoopy tattoo.
Darn, the DT Fantasy Football draft is at the same time as the start of the Dodger game. So if it's slightly quieter in here for the first few innings, you'll know why.
I agree about Fringe, Jon. That was no good.
I liked True Blood, but the re-cast the best character from the pilot I saw.
Sweet, I got third pick.
It's episodic, not a continuous story like Lost.
I would say it is like X-Files mixed with Bones, or what I assume Bones is like.
4 - I forgot about True Blood. That was fun if a bit inconsistent. I'm still watching that.
Vin is a genius and my all time fav.
Rather than rue the day that he no longer mans the mike -
instead I savor every opportunity that I have to listen to him perform.
That's just the way I roll ...
Two in fact!
Thanks
I have not seen it yet, but my friend loves the original British version. You should maybe try to get a hold of that.
Er, #8.
Ah well. 8's usually my lucky number. But not in fantasy drafting.
You'll be taking Darren McFadden first I assume? ;-)
4 Ooo, Joanna Garcia? Nice. I may have to check that one out. Or maybe I'll just rewatch my F&G and Undeclared DVDs.
Actually, Javon Walker and then in second hopefully Ashley Lelie will be there.
You'll be pleased to know I'm taking a stand and will not draft LJohnson even if he falls to me in the 1st.
Madden is on the board of old Raider trustees that may take over the team if Al's wife and son do not want it.

What a terrible coach. My AYSO coaches would not stand for that behavior.
Did you, or anyone else for that matter, ever watch Journeyman?
In any case, he's not a baseball fan particularly and doesn't miss the games. He's sat in the stands just once...
This continues to be one of the stranger things about Vin. I'm sure Vin has a passion for the game, but he doesn't seem to love it enough to want to be a part of it outside his domain of broadcasting. He also disassociates himself from the players, which isn't such a bad thing, but it's fascinating.
Moon Bloodgood is also painfully beautiful.
And are you sure McFadden will be the full-time starter?
You spelled syllables like Rick Monday would pronounce it, if he understood the concept of syllables.
for I was looking to get rich
I had to scratch that itch
For I was in the ditch
cause in the clutch I'd twitch
But soon I'd find my nitch
I pitch came and I swing
thinking I'm the king
but in reaching for the ring
'twas bitter, it did sting
I guess it's just my way
no runs for us today
six-four-three, another double play
Now all bets are off.
Kuroda gives up a first ML hit to the pitcher now? I'm glad I rushed back from the DT Fantasy Football draft in time to see this inning.
I agree that Kuroda is stinking tonight, though. After that you're on your own.
I hate that.
I also think it'd be silly to give up on THIS game, for that matter.
And Blake DeWitt ties it up.
Can I say he's better than Andy LaRoche yet?
Ahem.
4-3
I knew this Padres pitcher was living in a tree, as they say. As Vin said, one 3 ball count after another and eventually he's gonna get hurt.
Oh, it doesn't work that way? Drat.
Nice hustle, Dre.

And the pitcher who should be a Mad Men character is now warming up in the 'pen, Dirk Hayhurst.
I guess to scout the future Trojans.
Tonight the answer is YES!
